LAWSUIT-How I turned the tables on telemarketers and debt collectors. My life, as a career plaintiff.
Hello all. I want to get a feel for how my book would do in the market place. Over the past three and a half years I have developed a career not of the norm. I don't drink alcohol, smoke, do drugs or participate in criminal activity however, I do have one addiction, lawsuits, and I'm not talking about slipping and falling or getting into a car accident and then suing. I have developed a career suing telemarketers and debt collectors, the two most hated industries in the U.S. The book takes an in-depth look at my occupation, how I became a career Plaintiff, how I educated myself on the judicial system and consumer rights laws from the public library and private law libraries, the secrecy hiding from family and friends, etc.
I also outline various "baiting" and "fishing" tactics I used against telemarketers and debt collectors as I "turned the tables" on them. I have done everything from settling cases with major corporations in my pajamas while feeding my cat, to ascertaining hefty judgments at trial in a suit. I'm not ashamed of who I am, nor the path I have led. It takes an unique individual to go against the grain of society with respect to an occupation and learn the judicial system in conjunction with multiple consumer rights laws. This book brings to light of litigation you seldom hear of, a side of David vs. Goliath major corporations wish not talk about, a side of my thoughts, emotions, struggles, accomplishments, a side of my life, as a career Plaintiff. I'm not an Attorney and I'm not represented by an Attorney. I'm the "little guy" protecting his rights when violated and have made a profession for myself in doing so. I understand that in writing this book, I may be closing a lot of doors on possible lawsuits and settlements I could have however, I may be opening the doors to other means of life, a life and profession of a legitimate employee.
The debt collectors and telemarketers I dealt with tried to use everything against me. They tried to play me like a fool; well, they were the ones who got played like the fool while I got paid. I’ve gotten a lot of debt collectors and telemarketers fired, and they deserved it. They thought they had the upper hand, they thought that commission was only one more threat or lie away; they were most certainly oblivious to the fact that I knew my rights, the law, and they had no clue what an error they were about to make.
The book is titled, LAWSUIT-How I turned the tables on telemarketers and debt collectors. An inside look at the life of a career plaintiff. The release date will be sometime between May and June 05.Please give me your feedback via this blog on such an idea, and if interested in establishing a copy of said book, I can be reached at swanberg33@msn.com. I will also have a website to promote and sell the book however, such site will not be launched until the book is finished being publsihed and released. I hope to hear feedback in the near future.
